Students Get Creative in Gocio's Intro to Biology Courses

Recently, students in Ms. Gocio's Introduction to Biology classes were challenged with deepening their understanding of glycolysis, the breakdown of glucose, through a piece of art, a song or a poem. The intent of the assignment was to encourage students to fully understand and conceptualize the process of glycolysis through the integration of art with science, as a part of Hoosac's STEAM initiative.
