Hoosac's Girls Varsity Cross Country team is one of the most competitive programs in the Northeast. In recent years, they were crowned NEPSAC Champions!
Cross Country runners at Hoosac utilize 350 acres in the mountains of beautiful upstate New York for practices, as well as competitions with other NEPSAC affiliate schools. On a daily basis, students are provided with workouts that challenge the athlete both through running drills, as well as plyometrics. While Hoosac athletes compete with other runners in competitions, they also set personal goals and expectations tracking their progress throughout the year.
